What are the estate terms?
A licence to publish the address while you keep it. Not land, not a token, not refundable.
The full terms are on their own page. You have to accept them before a first claim or a take. Restyles of an estate you already keep do not charge a card.
You get the right to publish that address while you remain the keeper. You do not get land, an NFT, or a payout if someone later takes it. After any lock, they can take it by paying us 25% more.
Purchases are not refunded once the estate is written. Read the terms before you tick the box.
