Buying and keeping

How does it work?

Pick an open estate, name it, pay, and it is on the map. Someone can take a kept one later by paying 25% more.

Open the map. Double-click to go deeper. Click once to inspect. Name it, paint it, point a link, then pay. The estate is written as soon as the card goes through.

A system brands the star. A sector names a stretch of sky. A galaxy is the largest label and tints the spiral.

The first claim of a system, sector, or galaxy includes a foothold: the cheapest open child on the rim. If you already keep addresses underneath, their listed values come off the price, down to 20% of the parent list.

Without exclusivity, someone can take it straight away by paying 25% more than the listed value. You are not paid.

On the purchase step you can gift the estate to another email. You still pay. They sign in with that address to keep it.
